Yay! I've got tickets!!

Not down to much hard work from myself though. I was dedicated to a point. I went round to mom and dad's at 8.30, got online, waitied till 9.am then WHAM! The whole internet seemed to sloooow right down. I was havong no luck whatsoever. NEC site was down, and Ticketmaster had me in a queue that began at 15 mins, but kept adding more time on every 5 minutes.

Then venues started selling out. This was all in the first half hour....I was about to give up when my friend Michelle called and said she had a few spare tickets. The rest is history....

Get in! TAKE THAT RULE!

O.k, I'm done with the Take That appreciation now, lol. In other matters, I've just returned from Wales. I went with Rich to meet his grandparents, and I think it went really well. I was mega nervous to start off with. His nan kept offering me food, (like most old folk do) and I felt bad for turning it down, so I ended up being full to burst! They looked after me bless em, and when they said I'd make a lovely wife for him, I was sure that was an endorsement of my lovelyness.

But Oh.My.God. How hard is it to get jiggy whilst staying in a house with creaky floorboards? That was hilarious! They  nearly walked in on us once....thing is, I grabbed the duvet, but Rich was like- just laid there, didn't even care!

Xmas is giving me a headache. Card, presents, paper, money I ain't got.....'Tis the season to be jolly?? Pah.

This may be the biggest day of y life so far. Today, I have to compete with about 60 trizillion women in order to purchse tickets for the tour of all tours. Yes peeps. The Take That tickets go on sale in 20  mins.

*Nudge Nudge* Yeah.....it's me!

I've been drawn back to xanga. It's not that I haven't been online, I just could see myself whining about a whole load of stuff, and being a little pessimistic, so I kept that away from y'all.

Generally, I've been good! Work is a pain in the arse. At the moment, I'm feeling like a general dogsbody. I've accepted training on different sections (which I have completed in the past 6 months) Now I can pretty much cover 75% of the jobs, and I seem to be fulfilling that. Although it sounds shitty (and it is, believe me) it's kinda served as a remindeer of what I really want to do. Now if you ask me what I really  want to do, I'm not exactly sure. But I sure as hell know its not office work - and not at Halfords.

My main goal now it to sort uni out. Not quite figured out how I'm gonna do that, but I've got books piled up to read, which is a good start I think! I just know that whatever my eventual career it, if I finish my studies it'll give me slightly more options. If I get stuck in a rut at work, I'll never leave. That would be a nightmare.

Anyway, onto other matters.....

Me and Rich are fantastic. Nearly 9 months now. I think we get better all the time. Ok, so it's my first and longest relationship, but. he's breaking some ground here. I never expected it to go so well as it has been. And if I dare to say it.....yeah, I'd love to marry the guy.

And we're working on Michael Buble and Stevie Wonder for the reception.

Anyone coming?

    Well first off, there's been a change in the title. Kiefer has been put on the back seat for a while. It's not that I have given up on my quest to bag the 'Golden, velvety voiced one', just that I've found some other dude to play with in the meantime hehe.

   Me and Rich have just returned for a spectacular holiday in....Newquay. Now, don't snigger - yes, I know Jules had a rooting tootin time in Texas, and Tracy is in New York - but I have to say this has been one of the nicest holidays I have been on.

Picture this.....

Hotel room, overlooking Fistral beach which is just yards away. Having breakfast and dinner overlooking the beach. Three courses of the finest foods at dinner. Spending 5 days with the man you love.....

Hey there....just me checking in again

Things have been goin pretty well in my life all round. At the moment, my folks are on holiday, so I'm sort of looking after the house...even though my brother Nick is here- but he's 20 and not grown up enough to cope on his own!(lol how patronising). I cooked him us a meal today...nowt special, just a Honey and Mustard chicken thingymajig. With potatoes and mushrooms. I think I did pretty well actually.

I've just got back from swimming...I did 16 lengths today! Get me. I quite enjoy it when I set my mind to it. I'm on holiday from work at the moment, but Im getting pretty bored. Its so difficult to co-ordinate with people......I was goin 2 Brum, but when I tried to get up I just gave up the fight and lay in bed till it was too late!! (oops) I will go tomorrow however....watch this space for updates...

I think I need a hobby. Rich DJ's, and is really into that, so I think I need something to focus on...I said I wanted to learn an instrument but I never did. I'm planning to apply for the Special Constabulary. Please be gentle if you see me down your way ......
